Cantata

I had the privelegde of singing in the Christmas Cantata this year. The performance was on Saturday night. It went really well...and was a lot of fun to be a part of. We sang some pretty jazzed up versions of normal Christmas songs, as well as For Unto Us (Handel's Messiah), When Love Came Down (Point of Grace), and of course, the Hallelujah Chorus.

As you can see, Dan got to dress like a shepherd for one of the readings in between songs. He spoke about what it was like to see the Saviour at His birth.

Christmas Banquet

Every December we have a Christmas banquet here for the students. Everyone gets decked out which is not something i personally look forward to, but hey it was fun I guess. I just love the feeling I get when I put on my normal clothes again and can finally breathe again.

Sunrise

Now is the time of year when we walk to and from work in the dark. I happened to bring my camera to work the day of this sunrise.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!

We've had snow for a good few weeks already, but this week we've gotten snow almost every day. It looks so pretty outside!
